Refund and Returns Policy
Our Policy
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. Returns after 7 days will not be accepted. Under conditions where the product is delivered or if the wrong product is delivered, we will gladly accept returns and exchange or refund. Such conditions are e.g., wrong delivery, bad or defected product etc. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return your product, please follow these simple steps:
- Send an email to support@spycerepublic.com with
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Item name
- Photo or video of the item
2. Our return shipping details will be provided for you.
3. Send the item to the return address that was provided.
4. You will receive a refund minus the return delivery cost, after your return has been inspected.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed directly to your preferred bank account.
If you change your mind after buying our product, please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges due to dislike of product quantity, taste or texture or any other reason for dislike. Because all Spyce Republic’s products are food, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of opened boxes or packs. Sales items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for other reasons, send us an email at support@spycerepublic.com or get in touch using our contact us page.
Shipping
