Frequently Asked Questions

To place your order, click on the ‘shop’ link or your chosen product, choose the quantity you would like to purchase and then add the product to your cart. Once you are finished shopping, view your cart on the top right corner of the site and proceed to delivery and payment.

Shipping times may vary depending on your order and your location.  Same day/next day delivery is available of specific locations. For other locations, delivery may take up to seven working days.

No. Shipping costs vary and depend on the size of your order. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

 

Unfortunately, the ‘pay on delivery option is not available. All payments must be completed online.

No. You’re welcome to order anything you like, there is no minimum order.

The option for international delivery is only available when you use the ‘Buy on Whatsapp’ button. That way, a member of our team can collect your information for logistic purposes.

You can browse the shop and add to your trolley without having to register.

However, we recommend registering first to check if we deliver to your area by using the shipping calculator in your Cart or in the Checkout.

Yes you can. Once you’re logged in to your account and click ‘My Account’ in the top right hand corner.

Click on ‘edit your password and account details’, change your email address and click ‘save’ once you’ve completed your changes.

 

We accept direct bank transfers and debit/credit card payments. Card payments are done through Paystack to ensure the safety and security of your information.

Once you have registered, you can access your account to find all relevant information. Here, you can update shipping information, payment methods, delivery address, and other information.

Kindly click on the ‘Contact Us’ page and fill in the form. Ensure the content of your message clearly states that you are interested in wholesale or bulk purchase. A member of our team will reach out to you with any detail you would need.

At checkout, you will see a box with a ‘Coupon Code’ next in it. Fill in the box with your promo code and click ‘Apply Coupon’. Your promo will automatically be applied to your order.

Courier

Your order will be delivered directly to your door. All delivery and tracking information will be supplied to you at checkout. Courier service delivers to your chosen address on weekdays from 8am to 5pm (excluding public holidays).

Store Pick Up (Not currently available)

Once your order is processed for delivery, we will send you an email with the tracking details. 

‘Login’ and click ‘My Account’ icon in the top right-hand corner.

To change your Billing and Shipping Addresses click ‘edit’ on the information you wish to change and ‘save’ once you’ve completed your changes.

To change your Personal Details, Username and Password click on ‘edit your password and account details’ and ‘save’ once you’ve completed your changes.

Click on My Account, fill in your email address and then click on ‘Forgot password’. We’ll send you an email which will allow you to change your password. If you don’t receive it, check your promotions/junk mail folders and if it’s not there, email us at support@spycerepublic.com.
